Staff Opportunities

Refugee Case ManagerFull-time, Salaried

The Refugee Case Manager assists newly arrived refugee families in adjusting to life in the U.S. and identifies ways to promote self-sufficiency and integration into the community. This role is responsible for coordinating housing and set-up of apartments with required furniture and household items. The Case Manager will respond to requests for help in case of an emergency including coordination with emergency departments. Case Managers also provide mediation and advocacy for families with outside agencies. Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Political Science and/or related field.

Director of FinanceFull-time, Salaried

The Director of Finance provides strategic financial leadership as well as oversight and supervision of Finance Staff. The Director of Finance is responsible for all accounting functions, financial reporting and analysis, benefits & payroll administration, compliance, risk management, and support of Endowment and Finance committees. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience, along with preferably 3 to 5 years of nonprofit accounting experience.

Women’s Services Case Manager Full-time, Salaried

The Women’s Services Case Manager provides individual case management in a female responsive environment to women residing in CMC’s Transitional & Supportive Housing programs participants in other Women’s Services support programs, while also developing and maintaining community connections with other services providers and community initiatives. This role requires experience working with the female population, those experiencing homelessness, and/or co-occurring disorders.

AmeriCorps Opportunities

Be an agent of social change while building your own resume and professional skills!  AmeriCorps is a limited-term program ideal for individuals building experience or looking to explore a change in career.  Members must have a green card or US citizenship to qualify for this program.
